This is a very valuable component of our services. We will provide periodic follow-up calls to assist you with questions or modify the program if required.
We know that it takes 21 days before a new habit begins to feel more normal or become routine. So guess what? We will work with you privately, one on one, not for 21 days (3 weeks), but for double that time or six (6), yes, six week.
You will have the luxury of four (4) 30 minute one on one calls when we check on your progress answer questions and encourage you to complete your program. Isn’t that fabulous!
