Refunds
The client may cancel an order and request a refund within 48 hours of a payment processed by Neoteric Natural Health Consultants through its web portal. As the reasons for cancellation and refund vary greatly, by agreeing to these terms and conditions the client agrees that refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis at our sole discretion and accepts that the decision communicated to you is final and binding.
